FALLEN WOOD・AROMATIC OBJECT

A collaborative project with Ladies & Gentlemen's Chainsaws, utilizing forest resources by giving new purpose to trees felled by typhoons and other natural disasters.

The forms of fallen trees found in the mountains are carefully refined and reconstructed as aromatic diffusers.

Two versions were developed:

One is a passive diffusion type, in which dried fallen wood is infused with hinoki cypress oil, allowing the fragrance to gradually diffuse into the air.

The other is a drop-on type, designed for aromatic oil to be applied directly onto the fallen wood.
